Hi. I’m Ori Hirschberg. I’m a statistical mechanic trying to find mathematical ways to describe systems out of thermal equilibrium.

I’m currently a postdoc at the Technion, working on open quantum systems with Yosi Avron. Before that I completed my Ph.D. in the Weizmann Institute, working with David Mukamel.

This page is under construction: currently it contains little more than a list of my publications. One of these days I’ll write some more here. In the meantime, you may be interested in seeing some animations of moving condensates, something I’ve been working on in the last couple of years.
